TERMS & CONDITIONS

All services provided and facilitated by Chelsey Power are intended to be used as a complementary approach to health and healing that can assist your body in its natural ability to heal. Chelsey will only ever bring to your attention, not diagnose any medical conditions, nor prescribe for any condition that you might have, nor does she make any specific medical claims regarding results from the sessions you may receive. You are encouraged to consult a licensed medical practitioner for any questions or adjustments to medications and for serious physical or mental complaints you may have, as well as consulting your health care provider or doctor in case you have or suspect to be suffering from a health problem.

Please understand that if you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to: schizophrenia, bi-polar, epilepsy, heart conditions, or pregnancy, you must advise the facilitator/s. Even though you have been accepted as a participant, you are responsible for any consequence resulting from a session facilitated by Chelsey Power. By accepting these terms and conditions you certify that you have consulted a health professional regarding any condition physical, mental, or emotional that could interfere with your judgment, or affect your health in any way during or after a service provided by Chelsey Power.

Please be aware that recovering from a chronic, complex illness requires a commitment of time, energy, and resources. Progress can often be cyclical rather than linear. You may experience periods throughout your treatment where your improvement plateaus. This is normal. It is important to continue treatment through these cycles to achieve a successful outcome. Although sometimes healing can be achieved in 3 or 6 sessions, for continued health and well-being all people benefit most from a regularly scheduled program of healing sessions with Chelsey Power.

You take personal responsibility for your well-being and with respect for yourself, you gratefully accept control of your choices. You have volunteered under these circumstances of your own free will, knowing your treatment and all further treatments provided by Chelsey are a holistic, energy-based treatment. Your heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and yourself hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against Chelsey Power. You take full responsibility and are responsible for all liability for loss or injury incurred while in attendance of Chelsey Power's residence and in association with receiving healing sessions of any kind.

By accepting the terms and conditions you agree to have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. You are aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability. It is a binding contract between yourself and Chelsey Power and acknowledge that you are signing this of my own free will.

Please arrive at your appointment with an open mind and open heart. You too are part of the healing process

CANCELATION POLICY

Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24hrs notice.  No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only myself but our other clients as well. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on the calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact Chelsey as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Please be aware of the policy regarding missed appointments.

Cancellation, Late, No-Show Policy:

  • All cancellations on the day or “no-show” appointments will be charged the full fee of your appointment

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 70% for all services.

  • If you are more than 15mins late for your service, I will do my best to make your session work, at best we can work with a shorter treatment plan, however depending on the service I may not be able to accommodate you and may result in an automatic cancellation. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • All no-show (missed appointment) clients will be required to put down a fully refundable $20 deposit for future appointments
