GUIDING YOU BACK HOME TO YOUR BODY

Mana Temple is a space to slow down.

To move your body. Take a deeper breath. Arrive on the mat.
Sweat. Rest. Talk. Be quiet. Gather with people who want something a little more meaningful too.

We created Mana because we believe healing doesn't only happen in the therapy room.

Sometimes it happens on the mat. In the sauna. Over a cup of tea.

In conversation. In stillness. In community.

There is no one way to come home to your body.

We’re One space. Offering many ways to heal.

YIN

New to yoga?

You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to know the poses. And you definitely don't need to know what you're doing before you walk through our doors.

Mana is a space to learn, explore and find what feels good in your body. Our teachers will guide you, while always leaving room for you to move at your own pace.

If you're completely new, Mellow Flow or Yin are beautiful places to begin — slower, spacious practices where you can become familiar with the studio, your breath and the foundations of yoga without feeling rushed.

We also offer beginner workshops and community practices throughout the year, giving you space to learn the basics, ask questions and build confidence before stepping into other classes.
