INTRODUCTION TO MĀORI HEALING: 2-Day Wānanga
Join renowned Māori Healing Facilitator Chelita Kahutianui o-te-Rangi Zainey (Waitaha, Ngāti Kahu, Ngāpuhi) for an immersive two-day workshop exploring the sacred practices of Māori healing. Tauira (students) will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of modalities while deepening their understanding of Te Ao Māori (the Māori worldview). Learn essential skills like karakia (prayer), space cleansing, energy activation, and working with divine feminine and masculine energies. This inclusive event welcomes facilitators and practitioners of all levels and cultural backgrounds who are ready to explore and connect with these powerful Indigenous practices.
COMMUNITY CLINIC: A DAY OF HEALING
Join Chelita and Chelsey for a drop-in clinic day dedicated to serve the wellbeing of the community. Practitioners-in-training, under Chelita’s mentorship, will hold a safe and sacred space for you to heal, reconnect and restore balance. This drop-in clinic invites all to contribute through koha (a heartfelt donation), fostering an exchange of aroha (love) and respect for the healing received. No appointments needed - come as you are and experience the power of Rongoā Māori.
